Research Topic: Parent-adolescent relationship variables that mediate the association between ADHD symptoms and risky behavior

Research literature has found that adolescents with ADHD have a high tendency for engaging in risky behavior. According to the literature, the family characteristics: warmth, cohesion, as well as authority, monitoring, and knowledge, are the most closely related to adolescent risky behavior (ARB). My proposal addresses the question of which parent-adolescent relationship variables mediate the link between ADHD and ARB
